It is mainly composed of Ca, Mg, and Fe, and is of a black color since it contains a little Al.

It is mainly composed of Ca, Mg, and Fe, and is of a black color since it contains a little Al. It is recognized as the best quality among Gopdols produced nationwide because the crystals are dense and the color beautiful. Jangsu Gopdol emits far-infrared rays in large amounts, and it cooks food inside and outside at the same time without destroying nutrients to make its taste deep. It has high conductivity and excellent heat preservation power, so people can enjoy a constant food temperature while eating.

Products that are heated directly by fire, such as stone pots and stone roast pans, may expand due to heat during the first direct fire, resulting in fine cracks, and water or oil may leak out.

How to Manage
Fine Cracks

Avoid rapid heating or rapid cooling to minimize the occurrence of fine cracks.

Step 1.
Knead flour and water (vinegar) like a paste.
Step 2.
Put in a stone pot, roast pan or other pot so that it soaks in between the fine cracks and dries, then heat it for '20~30 minutes' on the lowest heat.
Step 3.
When the stone bowl cools, wash with warm water. Eating bibimbap is also effective limits fine cracks.
Step 4.
A stronger stone bowl through fine crack management.
